Gorgeous self-contained studio in the heart of beautiful Snowdonia National Park with superb uninterrupted views across the Conway valley and woodland to the rear. We are situated just 1.3 miles from Surf Snowdonia and within a short distance you can reach the Marin Bike Trail, Llanrwst, Betws y Coed, and Conwy Castle. Only 9.5 miles to the Coast. A great base for outdoor pursuits or merely relaxing in this tranquil, idyllic spot. We offer you a warm welcome. The space The Apartment has one double bed. The kitchen area has a sink, microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle. No cooker. The wet room has a sink and shower. No bath. Outside there is a covered area with seats. We also have an outside tap for anyone who wants to hose down cycles or surfboards. Car parking is up a steep drive with a level space to turn round at the top. Access is off a main road so you can drive up to the car parking area from one direction or if you arrive from the other direction then you can turn into our property by using the private crescent at the bottom of the drive. Guest access This is a self contained apartment with private off road parking (steep drive) suitable for a car (any larger vehicle please contact us first) From the car park area we do have a ramped walkway to the apartment which is suitable for a wheelchair user. Other things to note In the evening there is little light pollution (we do have outside lights) The noise of the Owls may keep you awake but they don't give a hoot!!!!
