Description
Looking for romantic and inspiring hours far from the city noise? Bathing and climbing in the mountain river, reading in the hammock, feeling at home in the small stone cottage, or in the beautiful yurt, and writing on your book - meditate - listening to the sounds of nature – foregoing technical luxury and finding it back to the truly important things of life. Around 40 minutes by car from Locarno, the last piece from Bordei to the cottage is nature trail. The space The yurt has a glass dome - so you can look at the starry sky from the bed!! Other things to note ARRIVAL BY CAR: The last piece from Bordei to the cottage is Naturweg! If you prefer to leave the car in the parking place in the village, it takes about 10-15 minutes on foot – for the transport of luggage, we are happy to lend you a good hand wash. Please ask Ruth about it. ARRIVAL BY public transport: Bordei is not directly on the train line. However, Ruth Poletti offers a private taxi service from Palagnedra train station to Bordei Dorf (Fr. 30--). Likewise, there is the ALPINO TAXI, which is very inexpensive to 8 persons (30.00 basic fee for the first three people, then 5.--/person). KURAXE The spa club requires per person and night 2.-- tourist tax from the guest himself and 1.50 from me as hostess. Since there is unfortunately no separate category on the airbnb page for Ticino, with which I can automatically collect this post, I will request this amount from you in a second step - and then also need the names of all other guests from you, as I have to enter it in the table of the tourism association. Thank you very much for your cooperation in this regard! :-) SHOPPING: In Bordei, it has a very tasty restaurant, but no grocery store. So if you come by public transport, it is best to buy enough food beforehand. If you have forgotten something: Ruth goes to Grosseink once a week and is happy to accept your orders as well. If you are by car: a great and still cheap shop with delicious Italian products is just after the border in Re (almost attached to the basilica, with wonderful painting on the ceiling). Bread, butter, milk and a few other emergency supplies are also available at the gas station in Camedo. Also in the villages right after the border there is the Mercato with local specialties. Here's an overview of the weekly markets (some only spring farm): Monday: SANTA MARIA MAGGIORE Tuesday: MALESCO Saturday: RE and large market in DOMODOSSOLA
