Spacious attic apartment in period building right in the heart of Offida. Perfect for exploring the surrounding region or for relaxing in, enjoying the expansive views from the south facing, spacious, private terrace. The space Right in the centre of the old town the attic gracefully looks out onto the surrounding landscape. Recently refurbished, integrating original features and furniture with a more contemporary living set up, the flat comfortably sleeps four people in the two bedrooms. The bathroom is tiled, naturally lit and airy. A spacious shower is fitted in it. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, fridge, cooker and it shares the space with an open plan living-room area. Adjacent to it a utility room with sink, storage space and washing machine allows for the flat to be less cluttered and more functional. From the living-room a glass door opens on the balcony and the view from here is incredible. Privately facing south the very spacious terrace embraces a vast ever-changing view of the Marche landscape, spanning from the Adriatic Sea to the Appennino mountains, through rolling hills dotted with vineyards, sunflowers, olive trees and grainfields. A great place to sunbathe in, relax, eat, read or just contemplate the nature. The seaside and the mountains are just 20 minutes away and Offida is a great base to explore the myriad of villages in the south of Marche region, with their typical food and ancient traditions. Guest access The guests have access to the whole flat. Clean linen and towels will be provided. Other things to note Situated at the top floor of a three storey building, with no elevator, the flat would unfortunately not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. In order to comply with italian laws, guests need to be notified to the local authorities by the host within 24 hours from check-in time.
