"On the heights" of Audierne

This semi-detached house is very bright, comfortable and close to everything (sea, port, beaches, shops, restaurants). You can walk to the beach as well as to the city center. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a lovely view of the town and the harbor from the upper room. Parking the car along the garden is easy, the street is not very busy. The space The garden is out of sight and very quiet. The house is welcoming and well equipped. At the entrance to the garden, there is a staircase with a few steps to access the garden and the house. This rental will let you spend a wonderful holiday. Beds are "designed": 160 140 2 x 90 for children or teenagers So a maximum of 4 adults. Cot available on site as well as baby bath, high chair is to be requested well in advance. "Prepared" beds, to be requested at the time of booking (€25 for the 160 and 140 and €15 per 90 bed). If necessary, don't forget to bring your bed linens. On site there are mattress pads, 65 x 65 pillows and duvets. The €70 cleaning fee is mandatory. Guest access You have access to the whole place. Please note that 3 bedrooms are on the 1 st floor and the mezzanine bedroom is on the 2 nd floor. There is a toilet on the ground floor and one on the 1 st floor, a shower room on the 1st floor and a bathtub and sink area in the upstairs bedroom. Other things to note Please note that there is no Wi-Fi connection in the accommodation, as there is no landline or Internet. The network is excellent, the internet works very well. Please also note that pets are unfortunately not allowed.
