The small chalet is a fantastic gem and can only be reached on foot for the last 250 meters. However, you can drive up to house number "49," stop, unload and bring things to the chalet with a handcart (house number "60"). Parking is possible approx. 150 meters further down the slope, a private parking space = no. 22 and 23. In visible proximity there are only about 10 neighbors. The cabin is practically on the edge of the forest. A small terrace invites you to rest and enjoy. You're really on your own here. The space The chalet is a small gem with only 26 sqm. A great little bathroom with Raindance and underfloor heating complete the little house. A small oven provides absolutely sufficient heat. The chalet has NO heating, but the fireplace is sufficient. In addition, the underfloor heating in the bathroom also gives off heat. A small fan heater is also available (for emergencies). A nice large double bed with 180 to 200 cm can be conjured up from the single bed with little effort. The double bed is in the large room, a second bed for a third person - or possibly two small children is in the second room on the right. A small kitchen with two hotplates and a small fridge invite you to cook and enjoy. There is NO direct stove, but two modern hotplates with induction and all necessary dishes and pans. This information is not ideal to "tick" in AIRBNB - therefore discussed verbally here. Since February 17, 2020, the chalet has also had an outdoor hot tub of the brand "HotSpring TX". At 38 to 39 degrees, the fantastic view of the Kiental can now be enjoyed 356 days a year around the clock. Pets are welcome, dogs, cats, birds, etc. - but these are NOT allowed in the hot tub. There is a one-time fee of CHF 80.00. Note on the hot tub: The device only works if it is handled absolutely correctly. It sometimes takes 12 hours for the pool to return to a temperature of 39.0 degrees. Please note that the pool is not dirty. Please do not use swimwear washed with fabric softener. Always shower before use. Please note that the pool must also be partially cleaned and refurbished and is therefore not always available. We do not refund costs and credits if the pool is not available! Please always ask here in advance if the pool is a 100% important booking criterion! THANK YOU!!! For the year 2020, the pool was operational 365 days out of 365! We have two more locations with large Jacuzzis in the rental - here we sometimes had approx. 8 days a year - where the pool was under maintenance and repair. Hence this info here. Do not take these roads. - After another 50 meters, the second street comes to the right – you will see a very large stone, a street lamp and two garbage containers - Here you will find parking spaces on the right and left. The seventh and eighth parking spaces on the left side – No. 6 and No. 7 are our parking spaces - You can park here. - To unload, continue up the road and see a wall with a moose and a warning sign that reads "Kinder" [children] straight ahead - Here you turn right and follow the road uphill - After another 50 meters (in total from the bottom of Dorfstrasse after 300 meters) you will see three newer wooden houses – which are very bright - Here continue to follow the road and turn left up the mountain - after about 350 to 400 meters in total, you will see a sheepfold on the left, then our house no. 49 and you will also see the luggage cart at the fence - here you can "stop and unload" - On the right you can see in about 15 meters away a bench to rest. Follow the sidewalk to the left of this bench, after about 150 meters you will reach you will reach the third chalet on the way, the chalet "RIEDLI" with the house number "60" - Then park downstairs in parking lot no. 6 and no. 7 - The house is ideal for two or three people. - After the expansion of the "crawl space" in August 2025, three more beds are now available. So you can stay with up to six people, but only the "MINI bathroom" and a toilet are available.
