Enjoy my airy and light filled Mt. Washington home. Panoramic views, breathtaking sunsets, fruit orchard & canyon hikes. Quiet location on a cul-de-sac but only 15 min drive from Downtown LA, Silverlake and hip Highland Park. Comfortably sleeps 4. The space My home is a 2 bedroom, 1400 square feet fully renovated Thirties house in 3 levels. Located right at the top of Mt. Washington. Our quiet Cul-De-Sac has Canyons on both sides with great nature hikes, and beautiful views on both sides of my property. The garden has a very giving avocado tree, grapefruit, lemon, persimmon and help yourself to the herbs as well. :) Guest access Large open kitchen/living room. Upstairs bed room with a king size bed, an outdoor balcony and stunning downtown views. A kids room with a single bed and a pull out single bed. 2 bath rooms, one with shower and second one with shower and bathtub. 1 shared laundry room. Ample parking on the street. There is a separate apartment unit downstairs with a tenant. Shared area is the laundry room which you can access per arrangement. Other things to note I do not have a tv in my house, but there is a projector and you can either use it with the Apple TV or connect your own laptop with the HDMI cable and stream/project.
