The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost. The space There is room to store bikes safely and an extra 2 bikes with prior notice. An electric power point to charge up electric bikes. You have sole use of an en suite toilet/shower cubicle (step into bathroom and step into shower cubicle) All toiletries are provided. There is a hair dryer, ghd’s, ironing board and steam iron. We provide a welcome pack for your first nights visit which includes milk, bread, spread, preserves and eggs Preferences arranged pre arrival Guest access The Tarka Suite/ garden room and, and Hot Tub area has been segregated off for your private use. You have your own access to the property. Unfortunately access is not suitable for wheelchairs, some steps and narrow doorways. Other things to note Extra cleaning supplies are provided so you can clean as you stay for long stays room cleaning can be arranged as per your preference Although this is on ground floor the access to the Tarka Suite is a narrow door and would not be suitable for people with limited mobility.There are steps into the bathroom and shower and into the garden area. Hot Tub is extra cost of £40 for 2 nights min. £7.50 a night after that ( discount for full week)
