Internet in the unit is fast and is upto 50MBPs. Guests may use the pool at the ground floor for free! Parking is available but is subject to availability, with a minimum charge. The space Master's bedroom has it's own toilet and bath. Size of bed in Master's bedroom is a King sized bed , matress provided is a hotel quality spring bed. Toilet in Master's bedroom has a shower heater installed. Secondary bedroom has a full sized hotel spring matress with a single sized pull out bed. Which can comfortably fit 3 persons. There is a toilet and bath in the living room. Internet speed is upto 45 mbps, a Smart TV is also placed in the bedroom unit so you may be able to watch your favorite netflix series or view youtube. Tv in the living room has a smart box and has access to Netflix and Disney plus Guest access Guests may be able to use the pool located on the 1F of the building. 3 guests may use the pool at the same time. For additional guests they may be required by the condo admin to pay a 100 PHP swimming fee. Parking inside the building may be available depending on the date/s of your stay, there is a minimal parking fee.
