I reside in the States but have good connections in La Penita for maintenance, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, WiFi assistance, etc. You can contact me anytime of the day and I will do my very best to provide support and arrange solutions to anything that may arise. Afer all, you are renting a home and not a room at a resort - part of the draw, right? But once and awhile things break or require maintenance, which I will handle directly. Neighborhood is mix of tourists and permanent Mexican residents, which give the neighborhood an authentic feel. Many of the local fisherman reside on this street. Walking is the best option but there are cabs available in town. The bus station is about a mile from the house if you want to explore the surrounding beach towns (north and south).
