For a getaway of a few days or several weeks, we welcome you to the Nature and Gourmet Getaway in the La Pujaudrine gîte (25 m²) that can accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy this cottage located on the 1st floor of the tower and with its private terrace on the ground floor, shared garden spaces and swimming pool (shared with the 3 other cottages and the owners) in an eco-friendly space with a phyto-purification, composting of waste, chickens and a rooster, a vegetable garden. The space Located on the edge of a natural area, in an ecological and nature-friendly environment (phyto-purification, vegetable garden, chickens and rooster, waste composting, salt pool, development in progress...) the 25 m2 gîte is completely optimized. In case of use by 2 people, if you want to use both beds and sofa, an extra €16 will be requested on site - please confirm your acceptance at the time of booking. The place is peaceful and conducive to unwinding with access to the Bouconne forest (more than 2000 ha of forests) 150 m away for walking, cycling or running. Although the area is small, everything has been thought out to the best. It is accessible via an unenclosed staircase at the landing (framed by 2 walls). It is not suitable for young children, or contact us beforehand to see what solutions we can offer you to close this 90 cm access. The entrance is private and the terrace is also private with a table, 4 chairs and a parasol. You can enjoy the outdoor spaces including the swimming pool (with approved alarm and a barrier) and common areas of the garden with spaces to get in the shade under the trees. We live there. We are therefore present if you need us, but discreet the rest of the time. We can offer breakfast, meals, picnic baskets by reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Cooking and baking classes are offered on site and can be privatized. At the parking lot inside the garden, access to the basement of the house is not closed. It will be in September 2021. If your children have an adventurous soul, stuntman, tendency to escape the vigilance of adults, we advise you not to book until the installation of the bodyguards. If not, it's not a concern but they are your responsibility. This area is located at the parking lot and away from the pool and outdoor areas and lodges. The cleaning fee is on the basis of an accommodation left in a correct state - in case of accommodation left too dirty a supplement will be charged. Guest access Parking inside the garden, private and closed. Other things to note Important: The accommodation is intended for 4 people, including if there is a baby. We cannot accommodate 5 people. The accommodation is located on the floor of the Tower; above the Gascogne vacation rental, we ask that you respect the tenants below for the well-being of all. If there are 2 of you and you want to use 2 beds, a surcharge of €16 will be requested upon arrival. Please let us know and confirm your reservation. The cleaning is a "classic" cleaning and does not include normal dirt. If the accommodation is too dirty, we will charge you an extra cleaning fee.
