For a getaway of a few days or several weeks, we welcome you to L'Escapade Nature et Gourmande in the La Pujaudrine cottage (25 m²), which can accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy this vacation rental located on the 1st floor of the tower, with its private terrace on the ground floor, shared garden spaces and the swimming pool (shared with the 4 other vacation rentals and the owners) in an eco-responsible space with phyto-purification, waste composting, chickens and a rooster, and a vegetable garden. The space Located on the edge of a natural area, in an ecological and nature-friendly environment (phyto-purification, vegetable garden, chickens and roosters, waste composting, salt pool, neighboring layout...) the 25 m2 cottage is completely optimized. If used by 2 people if you want to use the 2 beds bed and sofa, an additional €18 will be requested on site - please confirm your acceptance at the time of booking. We can accept children, but only if you contact us in advance and if you agree to include them in the number of occupants. The place is peaceful and conducive to relaxing with access to the Bouconne forest (more than 2000 ha of forests) 150m away for walking, cycling or running. Although the surface area is reduced, everything has been thought out as best as possible. It is accessible via an open staircase at the landing level (framed by 2 walls). It is not suitable for young children. Otherwise, contact us in advance to see what solutions we can offer you to close off this 90-cm access. The entrance is private, and the terrace is also private, with a table, 4 chairs and an umbrella. You can enjoy the outdoor areas including the swimming pool (with approved alarm and a gate) and common areas of the garden with spaces to shade under the trees. We live there. So we are present if you need but discreet the rest of the time. We can offer breakfasts, meals, picnic baskets by reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Cooking and pastry classes are offered on site and can be privatized. The schedule is available on our website. The cleaning fee is based on the accommodation being left in a decent condition and the dishes being washed. If the accommodation is left too dirty, an additional fee will be charged. Guest access Private, gated parking inside the property. Other things to note Important: The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 4 people (adults). On Airbnb, we no longer accept reservations with children due to issues. This does not mean that there are no children. No exceptions will be possible on this site. As the accommodation is located on the upper floor of the Tower, above the Occitanie cottage, we ask that you respect the tenants below for the well-being of all. If you are 2 and want to use 2 beds, an extra €18 will be charged upon arrival. Please let us know and confirm with your booking so it can be prepared. The cleaning is a "classic" cleaning and does not include normal dirt or dishes. In case of too dirty accommodation we will have to charge you a cleaning surcharge.
