Wonderful lake views from our peaceful garden and roof terrace. 10 minutes from Entebbe airport, we can arrange an airport transfer for you as well as a filling tasty breakfast. The space Our house was originally built by a local man and in the local fashion, we have remodelled it with a 2nd storey to fully enjoy the views of Lake Victoria and watch the sun set while being able to sit and relax with a nice cold drink of your choice. Guest access We have a lovely peaceful garden that attracts a wide variety of birds to feed off the flowers and many fruit trees. Our roof top sun terrace is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset over Lake Victoria and Western Uganda. During your stay We are inviting you to stay at our house and be our guests we come and go as necessary and enjoy meeting a wide variety of visitors. You can sit and chat or simply read a book in our garden or wherever you fancy the choice is yours. Alison and I welcome you to join us on the terrace around 6pm to enjoy a sundowner have a good chat and watch the sunset. We think it's perfect and never tire of enjoying it. Oh and if your a dog lover our two dogs Tippy a 7 year old Ugandan rescue dog and Maisie our Alaskan Husky!!! Love nothing better than going for a walk so feel free to offer to take them. If your not a doggy person then don't worry as they are banned from the guest areas and both know where the boundaries are. They are house pets and not guard dogs so are very lovable and will be only too happy to let you pet them. Other things to note All bathrooms have different forms of hot water systems and if your using our solar system then beware it is hot enough to make tea and coffee! However we have thermionic shower valves fitted so it's only at the sink you might find the water very very hot
