2 Bed off I94 near 3 Bears,Jellystone,ATV trails
Our place is located right off of the I-94 exit in Warrens. We are next to Jellystone Campground, Three Bears Resort, the ATV trails, and a short trip to downtown Warrens which hosts Cranfest each year. You’ll love our apartment because of the convenience and home-away-from-home feeling you will get having a space entirely to yourself along with 40 acres of rolling horse pasture & apple orchards (free apples in season) to hike. Ask us about pet fees, UTV/ATV/Boat rentals and horse boarding. This lower level apartment is extremely private and offers guests their own bathroom, 2 king bedrooms and kitchenette/dining area. Kitchen necessities such as plates, bowls, and utensils are provided. The kitchen is also equipped with a 2 compartment sink, full refrigerator, standard microwave, toaster over, hot plate and coffee maker. There is a private entrance right off of the front of the home. There is ample parking space in front of the home adjacent to the pole building at the entrance to the property. Guests are welcome to hike the property as well as bring along their ATV's, golf carts, or snowmobiles and travel the trails that run directly in front of the property. Please contact host to arrange for boarding horses. Oftentimes you will find someone around the property to assist with what needs may arise. If ever you need anything please do not hesitate to ask! Conveniently located right off of I-94 yet situated on 40 rolling acres covered in apple trees and grazing horses, you will find activities galore at the nearby resorts and even a cold beer and bite to eat at Marco’s American and Italian bar & grill which is within walking distance from your apartment. We are 45 minutes from Eau Claire, the Dells and La Crosse and just a few minutes from Tomah/Ft McCoy. If you are interested in renting a golf cart or UTV/ATV please message us. Pet fees may apply and horse boarding is also available if necessary. Parking is alongside the pole building at the entrance to the property. The front door to the apartment is a short stroll across the yard. We have ample space for trailers and can even accommodate storing ATV’s or sleds inside the pole building over night. Calendar prices reflect the lowest, 2 person/1 bedroom occupancy rate. Rates fluctuate by season and demand - click on actual dates for specific costs and please be sure to enter correct amount of guests in your party. Also please mention if the second bedroom is necessary for a 2-guest stay. 3 night minimum stay for Cranfest and some holidays. Pets are allowed, however, please contact host with specifics prior to booking as additional pet fees may apply.
