Your guest suite (comprising two rooms) is a short walk to the historical Stone Store, Kemp House museum, Honey House cafe, two top-rated restaurants (such as Maha, and Plough & Feather), & many lush green walkways to spectacular waterfalls! And, just 7min drive, you'll be in town for shopping at New World or Woolsworth supermarkets or the boutique shops. Make this historical heritage oasis a staycation If you need transport, we offer airport or Kerikeri town centre transfers for a small fee The space Your guest suite comprises of two private living spaces, namely the studio with the super single bed and the large double ensuite. There is a shared hallway that's been closed off with curtains for the peaceful enjoyment of our guests' private living spaces. Generous and easy parking is available at our private premises. Access to the private entrance is located on the left side of the house, where guests have to walk up a deck of steps and up a gravel slope to the back of the house and garden. Guests kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and dining crockery. As we are living in a sub tropical climate, we do have insect netting windows for ventilation and ceiling smart vents to help with some air circulation. We do hope our guests will have a comfortable stay at Kerikeri. Guest access Guests will have to walk up a deck of steps and a gravel slope to your private entrance. Guests also have free access to the terraced-like garden located behind the house, which is also the common area where a clothes line can be used by guests. Guests are welcome to forage the green tropical garden for flowers, herbs and fruits too. Your private guest suites has a shared hallway that leads to the main living area should guests need any assistance from us. If laundry is required to be done, we'll facilitate the washing at our private laundrette. As we do not have a dryer, we will provide a drying rack if the weather does not permit drying on the outdoor clothes line at the garden. During your stay Our guest's peaceful enjoyment in the privacy of both their own studio living room and comfy bedroom is the utmost aim for hosting our garden home.
