Myself, Eshali Trehan. We are part of Trehan's Residence, located in Central Delhi surrounded by lush green trees & many parks and well connected to main places in New Delhi. The Bathroom is not attached, commonly use by other guests. We have 2 common bathroom available in the premises. The kitchen usage will cost minimum amt of 100-500/-. Guests staying for more then 2 days, will have to pay advance bills i.e. Electricity, Water, Gas as per usage. We have separate Meters for each room. More importantly the availability of kitchen and cooking facilities are allows you to prepare and eat home cooked food. Other things to note *The Cleaning fee charges would be 100/day. Eg:, If Guest's total stay is of 2 days then they will need to pay 200 rs. In advance. *The kitchen usage will cost minimum amount of 100 rs. *Guests staying for more then 2 days, they will need to pay a small amount of advance billing security i.e. Electricity, Water, Gas as per usage, which is refundable after deducting the bills. *If the stay is for 1 month, then 50% of the rent as security must be given in advance, which is also refundable after deducting the bills, at the time of the check out.
