The Cozy Abode

A spacious, comfortable and clean guest suite with its own entrance in a quaint neighborhood just north of downtown Flagstaff. The space is ideal for those individuals or couples who are on the go and looking for a clean place to relax, recover and recharge. The space The guest suite is accessible through the backyard, with its own entrance using a keycode specific to the guests. The room is part of the main house, but the doors are locked from both sides. You may hear some noises from the main house, but we will try not to make excess noise - please do the same :) I work out of town so the likely hood of any noise from the house is slim. The room has a comfortable queen size bed, two sitting chairs, a small fridge and amenities for coffee or tea in the morning. You will have access to the backyard which has additional seating options. Please understand the bathroom and shower are older and show some signs of age. Despite the minor wear and tear the bathroom will be cleaned to a high standard. As with most of the houses in Flagstaff, we don’t have AC. We usually open the windows in the evening or after a rainstorm and close the windows/shutters to trap the cool air and block the sun in the morning. One of the local High Schools is directly behind the house. You will likely see students out on the field or the track. They can be heard during school hours and the early evenings. If you're lucky you may get to see a football game or a soccer match. Please be respectful of the young adults in our community. During your stay I will likely be away during your stay, you will have little to no interaction with myself. However, if you have any questions feel free to reach out to my co-host Jenny.
