Rooms are across from each other and share a hall bath just for your rooms. extra half bath off kitchen on main floor. Light use of kitchen is ok but must ask. Excessive use of kitchen or oven will require an extra fee. Gas grill on back deck. Guest access You are welcome to use dining room and kitchen. I have puzzles in the formal living room coffee table. Back deck , yard, grill, fire pit ( please notify me so I can pick up wood) and hike to brook out back. During your stay I can be as available or as invisible as you need. I have a private room on the main level with private bath. I can hike, kayak,paddle board or river tube with you if my schedule allows. I work 2 jobs. Other things to note I back to Bromley Brook and the Lye Brook mountain range. Prospect Rock hiking trail is behind my house. Lye Brook falls just down the street. 3 Restaurants in walking distance.
