Main concert and sports hall Arena Sofia is 15 min away. Located in a very safe town area, just next to a police station, Ministry of Exteriors, Embassies, Malls, banks, parks. The space The apartment is very secure, there are 3 locked doors-one to the gate entrance, one to the corridor and one to the apartment itself. There is one bed room with one double bed, together with wardrobes, TV, etc. There is a sofa in the living room that can be turned easily into a double bed, if needed. The kitchen is supplied with high quality appliances, including tea and coffee. There is a desk in one of the rooms, TV sets and WiFi are available, too. The surrounding area is one of the best ones in Sofia and in the same time is very near to the city center. There are sports, fitness and amusement facilities in short walking distance. There is a nice park and church 10 min from the apartment. Sky city Mall is 2 blocks away. Guest access The building's basement has a secure parking area that can be used for short and longer car staying. Parking card need to be purchased with a quite cheap price - 5 Euros for 24 hours. Most shops in "Galaxy Trade Center" work until 8pm, while the supermarket "KAM" usually works till 10 pm. Other things to note From 10PM till 8 AM loud music and noice should be avoided.
