40 m2 2-room accommodation - 20 m2 terrace in a very pleasant and quiet new building. Easy parking. 1 bedroom. No Wi-Fi in the accommodation. Close to shops located in the Tréboul district, 10 minutes' walk from the marina and coastal trails where you can take beautiful walks. Guests can take advantage of the terrace, table + chairs + deckchair The space A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave...) Coffee pods and coffee filters are at your disposal. Basic necessities are also available such as salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, sponge, toilet paper... I do not provide linens and towels as I am not on site. You have blankets, duvet (220 x 240), pillows... Twin bed (140 x 190). Guest access the accommodation is my primary residence so you will find my personal belongings in the closets which will not interfere with your stay in any way and the accommodation is autonomous for arrivals by giving you the entry instructions before your arrival.
