Outside there is a large terrace with lighting, dining table and chairs for those long summer evenings. There is also a relaxing corner under the pergola. A perfect spot to find some shade or watch the sunset. Steps take you down in to the garden which is mainly laid to lawn. Here you’ll find a patio large enough for 8 sun loungers. From here it’s a few steps to the 9x4 metre in ground saltwater swimming pool with the most panoramic views. B2E - There is a dedicated workspace and desk with chair for those mixing business with pleasure, fast wifi (up to 90mbps) and secure network connection throughout the villa ensures you work efficiently - workspace with desk can be set up in any room of the house. There is a dedicated LAN cable in the dining room area. There is electric car charging station @ 200m away from the house. Guest access You can walk to the local bar and newsagent in about 30 minutes but a car is recommended, parking is plentiful and there is no traffic to speak of. Shops are a 20 minute drive for supermarkets and restaurants can also be reached in 20 minutes by car. The closest restaurants are a 10 minute drive away and there is a choice of high quality and trattoria style. Other things to note As we are a "Locazione Turistica" we are required to have a short term rental contract for each stay. We will provide this to you prior to your arrival or on arrival.
