Light airy studio flat with kitchen area. Furnished. Balcony overlooking garden. Detached from main property. Off road parking available. Perfect base for holidaying on the North Cornwall coast. Situated in a peaceful hamlet with its own ice cream farm, close to Perranporth beach for surfing and Truro Cathedral City. The space Our studio has external stairs for access. Tea and coffee supplied. The kitchenette has the usual facilities and wifi is available. There are games and books. Please note there is no washing machine and no TV. I do not charge for cleaning.
