West Beach Waves -beach views in a quiet location

My house has lovely views of Dempster Head Rock and the stunning cobalt waters of West Beach. Our street is quiet, just up the hill from the CBD, away from shops. Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge. The space The space is on the ground level of my 2 story house designed for people having a short get-away in a relaxed location. The shower is over a bath which may not suit all travellers. The kitchenette is not designed for cooking extensive meals but offers a microwave, fridge and electric frypan, toaster and kettle. There is a clothes line on rear patio and plenty of room for surfboards/bikes or washing dive gear. Guest access You will have access to the whole unit and privacy. Other things to note WiFi is plentiful and the Smart TV has free Netflix. There are recharge points and plenty of electrical points though out.
