The flat is on the 4th floor of a renovated, 60's building. NEW ADD: Our flat is just 170m away from the METRO STATION "Venizelou", which is world-famous unique because it's the only Metro Station with an archaeological museum included... The Metro is connected with Airport with the Bus Line 2X " Nea Elvetia-Aerodromio Makedonia". The space I wanted to keep the whole flat in a minimalistic approach, with some drops of comfortness and relaxation. Also, wanting to keep as much as possible from the 60's character, the hardwood floors and the mosaic floor are the original ones. The main space is a L-shaped dining-living room. The white hardwood floor brings a lot of light during the day. The corner sofa can turn into a lounge sofa bed or a comfort double-sized bed. There's also a small laptop desk. All the paintings except the big one, are made by my good friends in PAT-Kiout Productions.Finally, in the living room there is a 43" SMART TV, in which is installed NETFLIX for fans of movies & tv series ... - The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Toaster, mocca machine, and water boiler for your breakfast preparations. Also it is equipped with an oven and a full size fridge. There is plenty of room to store stuff during your stay too. - The bedroom has a double-sized bed and a custom made double closet. Actually, the interior of the closet shows the remaining stencil wallpaper that the flat used to have back in the 60's. The L-shaped glass brings quite a lot of light into the room. There is also a small inset where you can either relax on the big cushions, or even place your clean luggages so you can save some space inside the room.Also, there is an a/c inverter. - The bathroom is quite small but still practical. It is equipped with a shower and also a washing machine and a hair-dryer. - Finally, three more things to have in mind: The flat is equipped with independent natural gas heating system. So there is hot water 24/7, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Also , there are two Air Condition modules. One is placed in the living room and one inside the bedroom. Finally, the flat is equipped with a dry machine. — AIRPORT Your way from the airport is better to be done with a taxi. It is much easier rather than just taking the public transport. on average it can be around 20€ including luggage. 20' - 30' ride depending on traffic. — TRAIN STATION 15' walk or 5' cab ride. — PARKING The area around the flat is considered moderate on parking. Not so easy during the morning times, due to the shops, but in general you will not have too many difficulties. Anyhow, there is an open parking area just 100 meters on the left.
