Casarossa, the house of the heart

La Casarossa is a farmhouse built in 1770, carefully renovated, but without distorting its origins. Relaxation and privacy in a natural setting that maintains the flavor of the Tuscan farmhouse tradition. It is isolated but only 3 km from Casciana Terme, where there are services, restaurants and a wellness center. Pet friendly The space The house is equipped with everything you need. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave (2), kettle, espresso machine (2), TV, Wi-Fi, CD stereo with Bluetooth, and plenty of dishes. It is surrounded by 22 hectares of land and a part of it is a shady park with centuries-old oaks. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 with 2 beds, 1 with 3 beds, another double on the ground floor, a large dining room with fireplace and 2 living rooms plus 1 kitchen on the first floor and 1 kitchen on the ground floor for outdoor dining without climbing stairs. On the ground floor, there are 2 large lounges for relaxation or conviviality. There are 3 bathrooms. The swimming pool is 11 meters by 5.5 and is open from May 1st to September 30th. The swimming pool is for exclusive and free use as is the large barbecue, volleyball court and gazebo with ping pong table, table soccer and darts. You can enjoy the outdoor space with shaded areas and grassy areas using the garden accessories available in the house next to the pool. Casarossa is located in an area protected for animals, which can be observed at various times of the day: squirrels, hares, wild rabbits, pheasants, roe deer and others. Guest access The entire house is available for guests to use as well as every outdoor area. There is a small house often occupied by the owners, who will not disturb your privacy or the exclusivity of the outdoors, but their presence is limited to the maintenance of the outdoors and the care of the animals Other things to note In the meadow, there is a stable with two donkeys named Margherita and Mafalda. You will find our oil and fresh eggs from the chicken coop, and depending on the season, the products of our vegetable garden.
