The cottage is located on the host's property and welcomes you in a quiet environment, among the pines, 2 steps from the city center. The view of the Étang de Thau, the garrigue and the sea is superb in all weather. Great for couples who love nature and tranquility. A private garden is attached to the chalet. A bus stop is at the foot of the property and takes you to town in 7 minutes. Festivals and cultural events take place all year round in Sète! The space The cottage is a wooden frame, built in 2017. Small (between 17 and 20 m2), it is compared to a Tiny House. Nestled under the trees, away from prying eyes and the hustle and bustle of the city, it's a great place to be! Located 20 meters from the house, it allows everyone to be independent. Access is completely autonomous, once the keys have been given to you. A detailed description of the amenities you have access to can be found in the listing. Linens and hand towels are provided. Wi-Fi access (Ethernet also available) Heating in winter and air conditioning in summer Guest access Access to the accommodation is on foot: you climb a ramp (inclined plane of about 30%) of about 100 meters from the street to the chalet then 25 steps. The vehicle remains parked on the street for the duration of the stay. Parking is usually available in this area. The chalet and the surrounding land are at your disposal. It is enclosed and independent. You have access to a small private terrace equipped with garden table and chairs, adjoining the chalet. A location under the trees is provided to hang out the laundry as well as a clothes rack. Other things to note Access to the cottage is restricted to able-bodied individuals who do not have mobility issues. See paragraph "Guest access" I provide babies with a baby bed and a small bathtub - more practical in the shower - There is an Italian coffee maker and coffee upon arrival.
