Nestled within our family-owned and operated vineyard winery, this exquisite 100-year-old house stands as a captivating gem. TOT# 2781N The space 4-bedrroms / 2-baths This is a very functional layout. The common area and kitchen are all on one side of the house connecting to a hallway lined by 4-bedrooms, with the full bath (tub shower) at the far end. The last bedroom also has an en suite full bath (stall shower). FEATURES: wood burning stove / 2 separate seating areas (tv or fireplace living rooms) / dining table / outdoor deck with view of pool and rolling hills / swimming pool (available only 10 - 7pm, and we have to uncover it in advance) Guest access Charming swimming pool that has been remodeled. The swimming pool is shared by the owner’s family. There is a huge outdoor deck where you can see a spectacular sunrise. Other things to note - The Guest House is located out in the country, so there will be bugs/spiders etc. - Parking is in pull offs by the road and under trees. - This house is 100+ years old.
