Living at the Arlberg - the new family apartment house "Am Gehren" in Warth. Dogs are only allowed for a fee. The house is quietly and detachedly located on a torrent, only 1.5 km from the town center as well as from the ski resort. Your temporary home has a comfortable and modern interior and opens up a wonderful view of the peaks of the Alps. The ski bus takes you quickly and comfortably to the surrounding ski resorts. The space The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds and ensure that you can recharge your batteries for the next day in the mountains with a restful night's sleep. The comfortable sofa is pull-out and can accommodate two additional people. The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment offers everything to be able to cater for yourself during your stay (there is no oil). To start the day with a delicious breakfast, there is the possibility to use the roll service. The bathroom is very spacious and represents another highlight of the apartment with the limestone shower wall. In order to bring a piece of nature directly into your apartment, the native wood species "ash" was used for the floor. Housebroken dogs and cats are allowed. Per night and animal, it is 25charged on site. Please provide brief information before booking. Likewise, the Lech Valley Card is not included in the price. It costs €2 per day from the age of 15. Payable on site with the guest tax. With the Lechtal Card, you have many options where you can use it for free or receive discounts. The Lech Valley Card cannot be booked for individual days, but only for the entire booked period. Guest access In the basement of the house, a sauna with a relaxation area awaits you and invites you to relax after an adventurous day. In the garden, a trampoline, table tennis table, basketball hoop, badminton sets, swing, sandbox, Go Cards, table soccer, comfortable chairs and a grill are ready for you. Fun & games for all ages is thus ensured. (We will provide wood for this purpose) Right next to the house, a path leads to an original stream. There you will find a fireplace to enjoy another element of nature. In order to guarantee the comfortable use of your car in all weather conditions, covered parking is available. Right next to the carports is the ski and drying room. There is also a charging station for electric cars. Likewise, the Lech Valley Card is not included in the price. Other things to note To the ski slope: The bus station of the ski bus is only a few meters from the house and runs regularly to the ski resort's lifts (travel time approx. 3 minutes). This allows a stress-free start to the ski day. By car, the Warther-Dorfbahn or the Steffisalp Lift can be reached easily and quickly. Parking is available at all ski lifts free of charge. To the hiking trails: In the immediate vicinity of the house, the imposing Lech hiking trail leads you directly into untouched nature. In summer, the LECHTAL ACTIVE CARD is available to all guests of the house for a fee for the duration of the stay. The hiking bus and some mountain railways can be used free of charge. Please note that a guest tax of €1.90 per person/night is payable on site. Likewise, the Lech Valley Card is not included in the price. It costs €2 per day from the age of 15.
