• EV charging station for electric vehicles Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 80€ /day for the first two days & 40€ /every additional day for each pool. - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available Internal Living: Designed across two levels and unfolding across 340m² of interior living space (170m² per villa), the interiors embrace clean architectural lines, soft neutral tones and expansive verandas that invite the outdoors in—ideal for easy group living with a sense of privacy.
