Private room in a private residence

One of the spare bedrooms in a charming house with great views of the port. Recently remodeled home with hardwood floors. Very neat and clean place. There is a Queen size bed. Shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. The space I'm pretty open to kitchen privileges but basically renting and the room bathroom and anything else should be discussed in advance. Guest access Internet and shared Family room with cable television and Netflix. During your stay I usually let people have space and don't get to involved in that, unless asked about something specifically. if are you bringing a dog or any kind of pet that will need preapproval. I have 2 dogs and two cats
