Charming Country Home 1 or 2 Bedrms/Meredith, NH

I HAVE TWO BEDROOMS. The first room (queen bed) is $110/night (NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES) through Airbnb and the second room (full bed, which can be requested once you book the first room and with family or friends only) is $75/night which must be booked directly through me. For your enjoyment, I offer my homemade oatmeal/honey bread, banana bread, blueberry muffins and strawberry and raspberry jam. The space I have TWO bedrooms (1st room with queen bed is $110/night (NO ADDIONAL CLEANING FEES) through Airbnb) and the 2nd room is $75/night no fees booked with me after you reserve the first room. I only book the 2nd room to family & friends since the rooms share a bath. I can accommodate up to 4 guests, with room for a travel crib or play-n-pack in the 2nd room. My home is located on a tree-lined street, next to Meredith's famous Moulton's Farm Stand and minutes from the centers of both Meredith and Center Harbor -- providing a perfect launching point for your Lakes Region adventure, whether enjoying the many lakes in the summer, viewing vibrant fall foliage, or playing on the area's ski slopes in winter. Meredith is one of the most beautiful towns around Lake Winnipesaukee, NH's largest lake and the heart and soul of our community. Guest access Light kitchen use. Use of living room, dining room, family room & pool, though all pool use is at your own risk and children must be supervised at all times. A light continental breakfast is offered to guests which includes my homemade breads, jams and chocolate chip cookies for later. Provided: towels, shampoo, hair dryer, soap and just ask for anything else! During your stay I love to meet and interact with my guests, but also love my privacy and respect theirs. Other things to note I share my home with an adorable, VERY FRIENDLY, non-shedding, hypo-allergenic golden doodle named Willow. She's a sweetheart.
