The space Villa Alma is an authentic Dalmatian stone house, converted into a luxury villa but keeping the details intact. Villa Alma offers travel back in time of fishermen and brave sailors, displaying handcraft of skilled masters leaving us a heritage to us to enjoy. The exact date of its construction remains a secret, but the original stone Renaissance basin and loophole in the wall against pirates date from the 17th century. It is perfectly situated in the heart of fishermen town Komiza, only few steps from the lovely pebble beach Lucica as well as from the restaurant and promenade area called Riva. Conveniently located at the end of the typical Dalmatian narrow street in the pedestrian area, this villa offers privacy and comfort for all members of the family or group. On the ground floor of Villa Alma there is are spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with authentic Dalmatian indoor fireplace, dining area for 10 persons, honesty wine-bar with fine local wines, smaller double bedroom and beautiful bathroom. Living room has an exit onto spacious paved courtyard and private garden full of Mediterranean plants and herbs. Stone fire place for grill or only atmosphere is next to the outdoor shower. Al fresco dinning for 10 persons, as well as sitting and relaxing spaces through the shaded garden is very enjoyable. Ceiling fan provides breeze on the warm evenings and afternoons. The smell of salty air and the sound of sea waves will put you to sleep in the evenings. The tile romantic stairs take you to the first floor of Villa Alma to the spacious master bedroom with king size bed, two lounge beds and a bathroom. Master bedroom opens to the shaded patio with relaxing area. Small balcony overlooks narrow cobbled street and offers partial sea view. On the top floor, there are two double bedrooms with partial sea-views. On this floor there is also a luxury bathroom, equipped with hot Jacuzzi tub for two. Few steps away, peabble beach Lucica has lovely beach bar, shade, free shower and changing room. Our guests can use the luggage drop-off point 50m from the villa while the official public parking is 900m from the Villa. Guest access To the villa, BBQ area, paved courtyard and garden. The upper part of the garden is pass through to the other room but still very private for villa Alma guests. Other things to note Wi Fi gets slow when island gets bussy. Water supply may be shortly interrupted. Electricity supply may be shortly interrupted. Insects may be present in and around the property. Stray cats may be present around the property.
