Fernando's House - Nature and Relaxation

IN THE MIDST OF NATURE: IDEAL FOR RELAXING! On the hill overlooking the village of San Giorgio di Valpolicella - included in the special ranking of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy - at 500 meters above sea level, after about 800 meters of unpaved road, is our stone cottage, which dates back to 1500. The space Our house is a rustic stone house from the 1500s: it was therefore not possible to equip the rooms with air conditioning. In every room, however, there is a table fan. Our house is structured as follows: - the ground floor and first floor are inhabited by my husband and I - the third floor (for your EXCLUSIVE USE) is an attic of about 80 square meters. It is composed as follows: - 1 master bedroom - 3 single bedrooms - 1 bathroom (tub + shower) - 1 hallway The entire attic is equipped with mosquito nets. It DOES NOT include a KITCHEN (so no cooking inside). Outside, however, there is an open porch/veranda of about 20 square meters (with sliding windows, table and chairs) equipped with: stove with two-burner cast iron plate, microwave, kettle, coffee/tea pod machine and refrigerator. The equipment also includes: pots, cups, plates and cutlery. THE GUEST SPACE IS SANITIZED AS PER THE ANTI COVID-19 PROTOCOL Useful information for our guests: Our house is located in the middle of a forest and 15 minutes away from residential and commercial centers: therefore, to avoid unnecessary trips, we recommend that you provide an adequate supply of food before arrival. Guest access Outside, you can also take advantage of: - 1,500 sqm garden. - Relaxation area: deck chairs, table, chairs and hammocks - Games area: regulation ping pong table and darts - Swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests (available in the months of: JUNE - JULY - AUGUST - SEPTEMBER) Other things to note Our house is also inhabited by a dog and a cat (as well as fenced-in hens). Therefore, in order not to compromise the existing harmony and avoid the recurrence of unpleasant situations that have already occurred in the past, we are sorry that we cannot accept other animal friends.
