No. 34 is a Victorian Terrace in a quiet street yet just a short 20 min stroll along the canal into the centre of Chester No. 34 is typical of its period, high ceilings, wooden floors in all but the sitting room which has french doors leading to a courtyard and off a fully equipped kitchen. 2 double bedrooms are found upstairs with a full bathroom. And another double bedroom is located downstairs. A 2 minute walk away are butchers, bakers, coffee shops, a taproom and a couple of lovely pubs. The space As a family run business we pride ourselves on making No.34 a home away from home. Wooden shutters are in each bedroom which whilst allowing privacy allow daylight to spead into each room. We've keep the decoration light and airy and our pretty bathroom and kitchen will ensure you feel at home in our period home. Our well equipped kitchen is perfect for anyone who wants to cater for themselves. The property is a typical Victorian Terrace and is accessed via a step up from the street and a step down into the courtyard garden. The stairs are typical of the period and would be considered steeper than a new build home. There is also a step down into the kitchen and bathroom. There is a vibrant shopping parade a very short walk with butchers, bakers and coffee shops serving breakfasts, lunches and catering special nights. There’s a craft beer and wine bar and lots of traditional pubs all a hop away. The downstairs bedroom has a small drop-leaf table for a couple to enjoy morning coffee or breakfast at. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The main bathroom is upstairs and has a separate shower and comfy bath. perfect for relaxing in after a day shopping and sightseeing. Our private courtyard has a table and chairs for dining at in the summer months. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. INTERNET WIFI throughout the house. BUSINESS READY As well as WIFI the drop-leaf table in the downstairs bedroom has power sockets nearby to power your laptop. Guest access PARKING There is free on road parking outside the house plus 2 additional car parks at the top of the road for residents and guests. No permits needed. TAXIS A taxi to / from the city centre is approximately £5-8. BUSES There are bus stops at both ends of the street for easy access to Chester. This is also a great location from which to explore North Wales. It is very easy to get on the A55 from here, which then follows the top of the North Wales coast. Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Snowdon National Park and even Anglesey are all within easy reach for a day trip.
