Room 2 - Cozy loft room in the heart of Oslo
Description
Your home is next to Oslo's most vibrant and fashionable street, lined with shops, cafes, and cultural landmarks. Everything you need is right outside your door! Trams pass in front of the building, but the insulated windows keep the noise low when locked so you can enjoy the city’s energy and still get a restful stay. On the plus side, you couldn’t be better connected: metros, trams, buses, bikes, and trains are all within a 1–5 minute walk, making it effortless to explore Oslo and beyond. The space The 80 sqm, modern two-floor apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor with elevator) of the building. The guest room has a double-bed (140x200), a desk, a chair and a bench. The room has skylight which can be opened or closed. The built-in window blind can be drawn if you do not want too much light entering the room. All the windows are triple glazed to ensure that you will have a peaceful rest in the center of the city. Just make sure you close them. One of the highlights of the room is the original 1800's wooden beams which add a touch of style and nostalgia to the space. The bedroom is just perfect for one or two people. You are renting a room which means that you might share the common space (kitchen, bathroom and living room) with one or two others, not more! Guest access You will receive pick up codes for the keys on the day of your arrival, usually around 11.30am or before check in time. Pick up the keys at Joker Kvadraturen store . Address: Tollbugata 17, 0251 Oslo During your stay You will be sharing the common areas (kitchen, bathroom and living room) with one or two other lovely guests. Sometimes you will have the apartment on your own if no one has booked the other room. Other things to note Please note that I am a private individual renting out a space, so there may be signs that other people live in the apartment as well. You’ll be part of maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas. If you are expecting hotel-like services and amenities, my apartment may not be the best fit for you. Additionally, Oslo is a relatively expensive city. I kindly ask that you compare other Airbnb accommodations and hotels in similar neighborhoods (Kvadraturen, Bjørvika), considering both size and quality, before making any judgments about the value for money of my apartment. Please be aware that the apartment is located in the very center of Oslo, so you may hear city noise when the windows are open. While staying in the city center provides convenience, some noise is to be expected. Thank you for your understanding.
