This loft offers an atypical experience to discover Nantes! The space This loft is a very original place to experience a unique moment during your Nantes getaway! All loft codes are perfectly respected. Concrete, iron, glass and stone blend harmoniously. Ceiling height is important in some areas and intimate in others. Few partitions and doors between rooms, that's the principle of a loft! The master bedroom is suspended above the living room, the small bedroom is perched above the pool and the bathroom is open in the pool area... The train station is less than 10 minutes by tram. The tram station is 2 minutes' walk to the loft. For parking, public parking is also 2 minutes from the loft. Noisy evenings are prohibited as well as noise disturbances so as not to disturb the neighbors. To park, a public parking is also a 2-minute walk from the loft (Parking Médiathèque) Other things to note For safety reasons, children and adults who do not know how to swim well are prohibited from entering and staying in the loft. It is important not to put water on the grass beach of the pool and therefore not to dive into the pool. Otherwise, the pool pumps will be broken. Maximum 2 people at the same time in the pool. The loft has lots of stairs without railings and walkways. Care must be taken not to fall during their use. Some windows are difficult to access for people of small sizes.
