We will share our lovely home with you during your stay. Includes one fully furnished private bedroom with a Full size bed. Your own dedicated bathroom is just outside your bedroom and no one else will be using it during your stay. Make your own meals with full access to kitchen. Very fast WiFi. Free use of laundry rm. The space "The Patch" is in a quiet subdivision in Selma, just outside of San Antonio right off of IH 35. Minutes from many shops and restaurants at The Forum. Only 20 minutes from Downtown San Antonio, the SA airport and Schlitterbahn Waterpark in New Braunfels. Approx 30 mins to Fiesta TX, Sea World and San Marcos shopping outlets. Military friendly community. 6 miles from Randolph AFB. About 15 mins to Ft Sam Houston. Just a couple of minutes from Lions Pride Park/Soccer Fields, Retama Horse Track and 3 movie theaters. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas of the house. Kitchen, laundry, covered rear patio, BBQ grill, Street parking right in front of the property. The Master Bedroom suite Is off limits to guests. No private entrance. There is a key pad at the front entrance that requires a code to get in the house. Code will be provided the day of your arrival. This is a house that is shared with the owners. Your bedroom and bathroom are just off the living area. During your stay We can make reservations and other arrangements for our guests prior to arrival. We can recommend restaurants and other hotspots too. Jammie and I will host you but not smother you. You are free to come and go as you please as will we. Other things to note WE ARE FULLY VACCINATED. This house is very cozy, clean, and organized but not uptight. Our home is a quiet escape after a long day. You won't be disappointed. A cleaning service comes every other Monday. You are only charged for 1 cleaning per booking. We are flexible with check in and check out times, just let us know and we can work it out. Very fast WiFi. We require you to have a profile picture before reservation requests will be accepted. Please make sure your profile has one for safety reasons. No exceptions. Quiet hours are enforced midnight to 4:00 a.m. Please limit noise, movement and cooking during quiet hours. Please provide your own food, laundry supply needs and toiletries.
