The ARENA is easy and quick to reach: on foot about 25 min. via the Don bridge or with a shuttle boat, the boat stop is in a few minutes on foot. The Altmarkt and the main street with various shopping opportunities are within walking distance. We will need 5 days to prepare the apartment and organize the free transfer from the airport to your home in Rostov. From our apartment you have a perfect path to the new ARENA which is across the river side. You can either walk there via the large Don Bridge (about 25 minutes) or take a shuttle boat, which is set up for the FIFA Cup. The access to the boat stop can be reached in a few minutes from the apartment: you only need to walk along the side road "Gasetny Pereulok" to the Don Ufer and so you come to the waterfront, where the stop for shuttle boats is also. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a 5-story building, is 70 sqm and has 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Unfortunately there is no elevator in the house. In the apartment you have access to all rooms and can use the complete furnishings. Kitchen is fully equipped. The washing machine and TV are also at your disposal. Rostov am Don is a southern town and it can get really warm in the summer. Therefore, it is very important for us to provide the pleasant coolness in the apartment. The air conditioning is located in the kitchen and can provide the cool air through the hallway for the cool air throughout the apartment. You can have a lot of fun in the summer and discover a lot of things. The apartment is located in the old city center in only a few minutes from Rostover Cathedral. Next to the cathedral square is the traditional food market, a bazaar. Shopping mile - Bolshaya Sadowaya Ulitsa - is also just 5-7 minutes away.
