Javi Formentera A Homes (ETF 1382)

Our cozy, nicely furnished Viviendas Javi are located in the nature reserve "Estany Pudent" in a rural, quiet location, but very close to Es Pujols with its restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Ideal for spending pleasant and quiet holidays on Formentera. Es Pujols (beach) and S. Ferran are 1 km away and easily accessible. The space In total, we have four accommodations, two with two bedrooms each and two with one bedroom each. Vivienda A is about 50 m². We are currently renovating (February 2022) - new kitchen, new beds, new bathroom, new windows. It has a bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 m (or single beds) and a ceiling fan. A shower room. A living room with air conditioning (also sufficient for the bedroom), satellite TV with German programs, radio, standing fan. A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, clothes rack. Furnished terrace. A washing machine is available. Change of bed linen once a week and change of towels twice a week. Guest access Wi-Fi - unfortunately, there may be small reception outages on Formentera during the summer months. Other things to note Pets on request. We have three small dogs (castrated) and cats on the property. The neighborhood has goats and horses. Check-in 3 PM Check-out 11:00 am External shower room - which we can offer guests, depending on availability, in case of a late departure. Here you can store your luggage and still take a shower.
