Ski apartment with feet 50 m2 on three levels, completely renovated modern, comfortable, suitable for two couples and four children ideally located at the start of the slopes of Plagne Villages (2050 m altitude). *In winter, you will discover nearby: ski slopes, cross country ski, snowshoeing trails, sled dogs, skating, skating, tobogganing, snowmobiling... *In summer, you will enjoy the many activities: hiking, mountain biking, mini-golf, bathtub, visits (mine, cheese shop...), zip line The space The apartment includes two balconies, one very sunny overlooking the slopes, the other north overlooking parking. In the entrance you have a large wipe to leave your ski boots there (not allowed beyond this landing), a wardrobe and a coat rack for anoraks, a radiator to dry everything and a toilet. On the first level is bedroom 1 with two bunk beds and the shower room. On the second level the living room with American kitchen, part dining room (table extendable up to eight people) and part TV lounge separated by a Californian blind, with a sofa bed of 140, bay window on balcony. On the third level the bedroom 2 with a bed of 140 (new bedding), French window on balcony, and the bathroom. Note that these are half-levels of a few steps. The kitchen includes an oven, a hood, an induction plate, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (a few pods free) and all the necessary dishes, all new, as well as squeegee oven, pancake-part and fondue pan. Board games and sleds are at your disposal, as well as an ultra HD flat screen TV. Guest access You have access in one minute walk to a convenience store, restaurants, a ski/snowshoe and mountain bike rental shop in summer, a lift box and the ski school. By taking the telebus or shuttle you will be able to reach the resort of Plagne Centre and enjoy the many shops, cinema and other restaurants. Other things to note Pillows and duvets are available. Linen not provided ( possibility of renting towels, duvet covers and linen covers on site). Housing not accessible to RMCs.
