It's a very private and quiet residence, with breathtaking sea views, and no vis-a-vis. It can accomodates up to 4 people (2 queen size beds), but is also great for a couple. Villa has an original octagon design, 2nd bedroom is more modern. It used to be my home, so furnitures are high end (custom made), italian tiles, fully equiped kitchen with blender, silent fridge (panasonic), nice oven and cookstove (elba), silent split aircon. You can enjoy sea views from inside the house, and the 2nd bedroom, as well as from the garden and outdoor area. 2nd bedroom is in a separate building, and has an ensuite bathroom. On the rooftop of the 2nd bedroom, you can enjoy the bathtub and beach chairs, with 270° amazing sea views, sunrise and sunset view. Note there is n NO swimming pool, but a big bathtub that can accomodate 3-4 people This place is NOT for people who: - want to party. better book near white beach area - are not in shape to climb the access road. It’s about 15m total elevation, so a bit tiring. - think we have a pool. There is NO POOL, just a big bathtub that can fit 3 or 4 people - are afraid to walk through a local neighbourhood. Our area is a mix of luxury villas AND local basic habitations with local people, at night it can be dark, so if you are afraid it’s better to book closer to white beach which has more light (and noise) - are afraid of geckos. In Boracay, all villas have geckos who sneack inside. They are harmless, and eat bugs. But if you are afraid of them, please don’t book with us, as we’re not going to kill them, and we can’t avoid them getting in - expect a 5 star hotel. It's not, it's a private house, built for private long term use and comfort, not as a hotel with amenities and staff. The only person you'll see is our maid Rosalyn. This place is for people who love: - nice sea views with nice sunsets - rooftop with views and bathtub - loft style open space for the octagon house, which is about 60sqm. 2nd bedroom is about 30sqm, rooftop is about 25sqm - nice interior design and equipment - privacy and tranquility - fair price for a private detached villa Guest access All areas will be private to you. The building is located on a 790sqm lot, very private, and is 200 meters away from the sea shore.. Boracay is only 7km long and about 1.5km wide, so everything is nearby. But if you use tricycles, they make many stops so it can take time. To go faster, you can hire privately a tricycle - You have 3 secluded beaches located 200 meters away by foot, hagdan beach is public, punta bunga beach is still public but might be privatized in the near future, balinghai beach is private (entrance fee). - Puka beach is 10 minutes away by tricycle - Ilig Iligan beach is 10 minutes away - Diniwid beach is 15 minutes away - Station 1 and white beach are 15 minutes away - Station 2 & Dmall, are 20 minutes away by tricycle - From jettyport you can hire a private tricycle or use Southwest vans from caticlan or kalibo airports. It takes about 30 minutes. All tricycle drivers know the place so it's easy to find. - Shangri-La and Crimson Resort (5-star hotels & restaurants) are 10 minutes away by tricycle - Fairways & Bluewater Golf is 10 minutes away by tricycle At the back of the villa, there is our penthouse studio, that is also listed. They are totally independant but next to each other. Other things to note The villa is located on a hilltop, and the road access is quite steep and tiring so you should be in a good enough shape to walk up the 35 meters long (15meters elevation) access road. If not you will be in a better shape after a few days here :-) To come to our place is easy: 1. If you come from Caticlan airport, you can either: - use southwest door to door company. they'll transport you to our property with a (shared) van - take a tricycle to caticlan jettyport, then a banka boat to go to boracay, then take a private jeepney to our property. That's the fastest way 2. If you come from Kalibo airport, you can either: - use southwest door to door company. they'll transport you to our property. it's the most convenient way. - take a shared van or a private taxi to caticlan jettyport, then take a boat to boracay, and a tricycle to our property.
