The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area. The space The entire top floor is all yours, there is a covered porch by the entrance, with a bench, stools, bar and table. Out back enjoy the cool grass and seating areas while gazing at the sunflowers and pumpkin patch, some evenings (when permitted) the bonfire will be lit! Charge up with the Level 2 EV charger, ask host for pricing. There are two beds, which sleep 4. If you have a 5th person with your party a cot and mattress will be provided . There is an extra charge for a 5th adult. $25.00 per night. The bathroom is a single person shower stall, toilet and sink, just what you need to clean up.
