An easy 15 minute walk to the lake. Large back yard. Great for students or performing artists looking for a base in LA. The space The room is 10' x 11' furnished with a full size bed, desk, carpet, large closet, chest of drawers, wardrobe closet, microwave and Mini Fridge , Dishes, French press for coffee, electric kettle. Window onto garden, nice light. Kitchen, huge back yard and patio, washer/dryer I would be happy to recommend local restaurants, free concerts all summer, and outdoor movies. Silver Lake is a great neighborhood for hanging out, people watching, very walkable for LA, restaurants of all kinds, nightclubs, music, spoken word, and comedy. Dance studios, yoga, hiking, coffee shops, farmer's markets and local boutiques. 3 blocks from the buses on Sunset which will take you anywhere in the city. My house is a 1920s Spanish style house. It is a typical, funky, artist's style house full of color and light.
