Enjoy your lake getaway at the Ocean Beach Retreat. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep up to 9. Just a 6 minute walk to Clark Lake, 500+ acre natural fed spring lake. Over 14 different golf courses, parks and many other recreational activities surround the lake and provide much to do year round. Located near the Irish Hills, Michigan International Speedway and the downtown of Brooklyn. Three restaurants in walking or boating distance. There is much flexibility in bedding setup. In the large bedroom, there is a King bed, a twin, and a day bed that can be trundled into a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom has another day bed that can be trundled into a king. The trundles can also be separated if preferred. Simply advice your preference and we're happy to accommodate! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, grill, coffee, filters, seasonings, and oils. There is an empty cabinet to add your personal food. There are two smart tv's available to stream your favorite shows and movies. The coffee table in the living room hides an array of board games if the weather isn't cooperating. There is lake access just a short 6 minute walk down the street and for a few more steps, you and your group will enjoy a great park with a new play center! You'll have access to the full house and yard. There is a garage on site, but that is not accessible to guests. Occasionally, hosts will be going in and out of the garage for personal use. We live close by, so if anything is needed, we're easily accessible! We love to meet our guests, but promise not to be intrusive. Ocean Beach is a straight shot to access to Clark Lake. It also is home of two restaurants, the Beach Bar and Lucero's Mexican Grill. There is a fantastic park just minutes away from the Retreat and is located right along the Spirit Trail for great biking and walking. There is plenty of parking outside the home and outside the lake access just outside the Beach Bar. Currently, the jets in the whirlpool tub in the large bathroom are not working. We apologize for the inconvenience.
