Private Space in Lower Level of Family Home

We love using AirBnB for travel and thought we'd offer our home for travelers to the beautiful Coulee Region. We live in a quiet neighborhood, but within blocks of a major grocery store, city parks, biking and hiking trails. 15 minutes by car will get you to the Onalaska/La Crosse shopping district, UWL, restaurants, museums and even more outdoor opportunities. You are welcome to treat the home like it is your own. We just ask that you respect our belongings and the neighbors. The space While there is no private access to your space, we hope you'll feel comfortable walking through the living room or kitchen to access the stairs to your lower level. We're also happy to give you tips and pointers about things to do in the area! Guest access You will have access to the entire lower level. This includes your own private bath, private bedroom - Queen bed and Futon. A foosball table and a few chairs are also in the lower level living area, but it does not have a door for privacy. We do have a memory foam mattress that we have used on the floor of this area, as well. Visitors have told us it is quite comfortable. Let us know if you'd like us to have that ready for you. You are welcome to use our patio area and laundry facilities, as well. While there is no private entrance, we will respect your privacy as much as possible. During your stay We will be in and out - always available by phone, should you have any questions. Other things to note Our sofa bed is a futon. I have a full size mattress pad and sheets on it, but it's a little smaller than a full size bed. It's comfortable, but could be small for two people to sleep in. We could also make an extra sleeping spot the floor with a foam mattress, if necessary. Just let us know!
