WanaHaka -Lake Wanaka and Town at your door-Part 2

You have your own personal newly built space with a self lock box check in, a modern shower and toilet, double glazing, bar fridge and unlimited wifi and Smart TV with Freeview & complimentary Amazon Movies etc. Only 200m to the lake front shops and cafes, 75m to New World Supermarket-we are literally right in town. We are disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. This studio is only 16m2 so please keep that in mind before booking. Bikes are available FREE to use but bookings recommended. The space We are only 200m to the lake front shops and cafes so LOCATION to the Lake and Wanaka CBD is a huge drawcard, it is your own private studio with everything you need for a short stay and we aim to keep it extremely CLEAN and COMFORTABLE but please be aware it is small so if you are wanting to run around the studio to improve your health and fitness then I would not book here and consider looking elsewhere. Our STAFF(my wife and I) are very approachable and love to meet guests if timing works out. It is only 75m to New World Supermarket and 50m to the famous Cinema Paradiso-we are literally right in town. Only 100 meters to the lake side of the large open space, by the right of the town and the house has buried outdoor hot springs. By intersection (Maori greeting) and Haka (optional), you will experience New Zealand and the beautiful wonderland of the scenic Wanaka culture. 2 min walk to town and lake and shops to make it convenient for no need to use a car. Guest access You have your own lockbox self check in for your convenience and privacy. The hosts are more than happy to meet and greet if we are here and generally always quick to communicate any questions. Other things to note Because we are so close to town it can get noisy in the busy summer months from December to April and because we are beside a accommodation provider that can (usually does not) get noisy as well. There is a 10:00pm noise curfew in our area in Wanaka as well so you know so there should not be any loud noise after 10:00pm.
