Ideally situated to stroll along the seafront promenade to the historic village of Rottingdean, with its antique shops, cafes and traditional pubs and also within easy cycling, walking distance of Brighton Marina. The famous art deco lido is situated on your doorstep with its outdoor pools fitness, health and beauty centre. Enjoy a game of tennis on courts which are found within the beautiful oval park, which is opposite the property. Other amenities a short walk away in the park are bowling green, children's play area, football and basketball courts and table tennis tables. Tennis racquets are provided for your use.
