I offer you a recent studio (built in 2015) furnished and equipped for 2 people with large terrace sea view (1st line) It is located in a recent and secure residence, located on the waterfront, in front of the "Lazaret" beach (Corniche district) The space Very recent studio in Sète with air conditioning, sea view, direct access to the beach with a high-end standing! Other things to note June, July and August, a key box will be at your disposal to collect the keys, IMPORTANT Information: - the pool is open July and August from 10am to 8pm. - NO WIFI - LINENS and TOWELS NOT PROVIDED (linen and towels package 30euros for 2) (towels and bath mats are provided) - cleaning is to be done by you at the end of the stay.
