Kibble Mill Cottage, Mocktree Barns, nr Ludlow

Kibble Mill is a cosy bijou character cottage with an open-plan living space and mezzanine double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Note ‘Low Beam’. Kibble is one of five barn conversion cottages adjacent to the host's home set amidst the beautiful Shropshire Hills and border Marches; on the edge of the Downton Estate and Mortimer Forest; with walks and cycling from the doorstep - this cottage is an ideal short break bolthole for exploring the local area, further afield, or simply relaxing. The space Kibble Mill Cottage has a private stable door entrance to the west side of Mocktree consisting of an open plan living space with exposed beams, a fully equipped galley kitchen with cooker, microwave, kettle and full crockery/utensils, and a mezzanine bedroom with ensuite shower room with exposed beams (some low). The cottage has central heating, WIFI, and TV with DVD. Whilst Kibble Mill is not on our south-facing courtyard, guests are welcome to use the shared area that overlooks the bordering farmland and rolling countryside, together with our grassed orchard area ideal for dogs and games. A large private parking area is available for guest vehicles and we have secure cycle storage. A car charging point is available within the courtyard. NOTE: - Kibble Mill has areas of restricted headroom to the upstairs bedroom and ensuite which may not be suitable for some guests. - Kibble Mill is situated to the side of Mocktree and not on our courtyard - see our other cottages if you would like to be off the Courtyard. - If you are intending to homework during your stay please advise prior to booking. - Kibble Mill Cottage can be booked in combination with our other cottages for larger groups or extended families (please contact the host) - Kibble Mill is dog friendly and we accept guests with up to two well-behaved dogs. Guest access Kibble Mill is a private cottage with access to a shared car park and garden / courtyard areas.
