In a quiet residence with free parking and close to the slopes, a 5-minute walk to the center, the 21 m² Studio consists of a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (>6 years) and a living room with pull-out bed and kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue machines). The bathroom consists of a sink, shower and toilet. On the ground floor facing south with a small terrace overlooking the snow. The space Small but cozy, with wood everywhere, you feel good in this Studio in Montalbert. The terrace with access to the snow allows children to go out and play while parents stay warm! And if the weather is nice, the small south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun. Other things to note 2 x single duvets 140*200 and 1 double duvet 220*240 provided, plus 4 square pillows 60*60. Linen rental rates: fitted sheet, duvet cover and 1 pillowcase for 1 person €15 fitted sheet, duvet cover and 2 pillowcases for 2 people €20 Towel kit (1 large, 1 medium, 1 small) €8 Pets for an extra charge of €30. Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee: €50 During the winter season, only rentals between two weekends are automatically accepted (e.g. Saturday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday etc.).
