Cozy attic apartment in a quiet residential area, hospitable house with garden! The space In the converted attic, we have set up a modern, bright and pleasant apartment. The surrounding window band offers a beautiful view of the surroundings: from the wooded slopes of the Pfänderstock to the historic buildings of Bregenz to the Swiss mountains. We have deliberately reduced the apartment to the essentials and implemented it in high design quality so that you can switch off from everyday life and relax. If you want to take a vacation from the car, we will provide you with bicycles and inform you about the well-developed bus and train network. You will find a modern, light and airy holiday apartment on the renovated top floor. The many windows allow beautiful views of the surroundings, from the woodlands of the nearby Pfänder mountain over the rooftops of historic Bregenz to the distant Swiss mountains. We have consciously reduced the interior and furnishings of the apartment to a minimum, giving you a high-quality and serene environment where you can relax and forget about everyday life. If you choose to travel without a car, we provide you with bicycles or help you organize alternative transport using frequent bus or train services. Guest access We are particularly pleased about families with small guests. In the garden there is a playground, herbs to pick yourself and berries to snack on. Bicycle storage and rental bikes are provided. We especially welcome families with small children. In our garden you will find a play area as well as wild flowers and berries for picking. Bikes are available. Other things to note Paid parking in front of the house, final cleaning 50 euros, pull-out couch in the living room, this room cannot be darkened! You can park your car in front of the house, but you have to pay a small fee.
