Tennis and basketball courts, corn hole boards are also available for your use. Other things to note As you can see by the photos, this condominium complex is located right on the beach/ocean. This means you may not always have beach access directly in front of the building. The tide changes 4 times in a 24 hour period. (and not the same time every day) low to high every 6 hours. There are also many other things that affect the tide like moon phase, wind direction and storms. Tide schedules are available online as well as in the guest book. If you are looking online you will need to look at the New River Inlet tide schedule. There is no guarantee that you will have beach access at any given time. If you would like to go to the beach during a period of high tide, I encourage you to use one of Onslow Co's free beach access lot located nearby.
